✨ The Experience
Verandas, patios and BBQ areas surround the villa with patio furniture for al fresco dining and sun beds for sun tanning.
On the balcony you can enjoy sunbathing during the day or watching the moon rise from behind the island of Naxos at night, while enjoying your meal and a glass of wine.
Another favorite pass time is watching the yachts and boats sail by in the distance between Paros and the islands of Ios, Sikinos, Iraklia, Koufonisia and Naxos.
All the above are also visible from the BBQ area which has a built-in sitting area with comfortable cushions for you to relax on.
The front veranda is sheltered from the well-known “meltemes” winds of Paros.
Sustainable Design
🏡 Architecture & Landscape
The villa’s surroundings have been designed with a minimalist aesthetic, inspired by traditional Cycladic architecture. The landscape emphasizes simplicity and a natural integration with the environment.
🪨 Natural Materials
Much of the rock excavated from the property has been used in the construction of the house and its stone boundaries, preserving an authentic and organic character.
🍃 Natural Cooling
The 80 cm thick stone walls provide natural insulation from the intense summer heat. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms offer a healthier and more natural way of cooling, while the living room and both first-floor bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning units.
Before You Book
- Cost: from 450-550€ per night. Climate resilience tax (15€ per night) is not included.
- Housekeeping 🧺: Linens can be changed once a week (cleaning service fee applies).
- Safety Notice ⚠️: Due to stairs and split-level bathroom, children should be supervised at all times.
